PDS(NSW) is a property development consultancy business created to serve a growing demand for property development services.

The business is based on values of trust, partnership, technical excellence, commitment, integrity, and professionalism.

Our services span from start to completion of a property development project, from initial site analysis to a comprehensive development application to construction management and property title registration.

We assist our clients in the conceptualisation of a project scheme, determine its feasibility, obtain development approvals, deliver the end product and finally sell, lease or hold the development project.

Our principle and partners are all appropriately qualified and have been working in property development and construction industry for over 35 years and have gained a thorough knowledge and understanding of the development process which has helped many developer clients to minimise risk, control costs and complete quality projects on time.
